Project Overview

This project involved the reconditioning of the plating wastewater treatment system at PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor Plant Tambun I through the replacement of critical equipment. The work focused on restoring system performance and operational reliability by replacing aging pumps and agitator motors.
All activities were carefully executed to ensure continuity of plant operations while improving treatment process stability.

Project Objective
The objective of this project was to enhance the reliability and operational stability of the plating wastewater treatment process by upgrading key mechanical components. The reconditioning aimed to reduce operational risk, improve mixing efficiency, and support consistent wastewater treatment performance within the automotive manufacturing environment.

Project Scope

1. System Assessment and Engineering Review

   • Evaluation of the existing plating wastewater treatment equipment condition

   • Supply of new pumps and agitator motors
