Project Overview

This project involved the replacement of an existing chiller system at PT Hogy Indonesia to improve cooling reliability for medical equipment manufacturing processes. The scope of work included the supply and installation of an Orion Chiller. All activities were executed within a short timeframe and carefully planned to avoid disruption to ongoing plant operations.

The objective of this project was to ensure stable and reliable temperature control by upgrading the existing cooling system, supporting consistent operating conditions required in medical equipment production.

Project Scope

1. Engineering Review and System Preparation

   • Assessment of existing chiller performance and operating conditions

   • Evaluation of required cooling capacity

   • Preparation for system replacement and integration

2. Supply and Installation of Orion Chiller

   • Supply of a new Orion Chiller unit

   • Removal of the existing chiller

   • Installation and positioning of the new unit

3. Mechanical, Electrical, and Utility Integration

   • Connection of piping and cooling circuits

   • Electrical connection and system configuration

   • Integration with existing plant utilities

4. Testing and Commissioning

   • Functional testing of chiller operation

   • Verification of cooling performance and system stability

   • Confirmation of operation in accordance with design requirements
